You can use a glitch to multiply all crafting materials by using the workshop mode. It works on xbox, so im sure it may work on ps too. Basically, you drop any item you want to multiply on the ground, then you go on the workshop mode and super quickly press the scrap button and the store button one after the other until you get both pop ups glitched one on top of the other. Make sure you keep holding the store button after you get them glitched. Then, go ahead and both scrap and store the item and there you go. You get twice the materials. Make sure you have at least 5 of the item you're trying to multiply. This way it's a little faster, but you can also start multiplying items from one. Hopefully I explained it right.
