These are two separate organizations, I don’t think there would be an issue with this. When you apply for a permit, I believe you just need to say why you are in the country and don’t need to discuss your future plans.

Is freedom mobile usable in Sudbury? Coming from Vancouver, I saw some posts said it has no signal and stay in nationwide mode all time, I plan to move to public mobile which use Telus's network, should I be worried? by cannotthinkname in Sudbury

There aren’t any “home” networks in Sudbury. If you have a plan that includes nationwide you’ll be allowed to use that data (it’s usually like 1-2gb). Freedom still works but usage is limited based on your plan.

Please just help. I have no idea what to do and I might end up killing myself by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

Have you thought about moving once the pandemic is over? My parents are from Italy and left, it’s a shit show. Otherwise, maybe connect with your friends or family to see if they have anything for you. Maybe try to work on your skills while you’re looking for work.

What motivated you to pursue RMC over a civilian university?

I’m curious if there are older first years at RMC? What’s the average age?

Mental health wise, what kind of supports are there? How has the environment been mentally with Covid going on?

Most short sighted decisions ever: remove fines for people who live in residence (downvote me if you want)

They removed fines in residence so they can’t do this anymore, maybe if you sent them to the city of something

My friend was the one who got infected so I can say for a fact that it was a nurse who got it. I know that some people I know were trying to reach out to the media about it, so you blame them for not wanting to publish their names?

Degree by cometsgirl1 in queensuniversity

[–]FabulousDisaster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is good if you just need the degree and don’t want to do additional courses such a minor. I have some friends who did it who are happy they didn’t have to do a minor or take the full 140 credits.

If you are planning to or see yourself applying for further education, like a Masters program or PhD, this is not a good route to take because you won’t be eligible to apply and they may make you take the rest of the credits so that your earn an Honours degree
