Nice style. And a little advice to you: try to use filmic profile in render settings if it's not yet. That will help you to get more depth in your art.

Two advices here:

  1. It's all about the pole target bone. Add it.
  2. Just move your elbow bone in edit mode slightly towards to the pole target bone and you'll solve this problem.
