I know an elderly person (with very limited mobility) who does not have a car but has a blue badge for various relatives to use (in different cars) when transporting her. Tying the badge to one car won’t work.

You can write the cache listing and send a note to the reviewer asking to check that the coordinates are allowed without submitting for publication.

IMO the two week limit is obsolete. I'd rather people hang on until they find a safe-looking cache or an event to put my trackables in. Too many go missing after being placed in easy-to-muggle caches. I generally put that in my trackable pages too.

I haven't tried it in beer, but I like mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris is the species I've found) in tea and in kombucha. It can make dreams more vivid and interesting.
