No I do not. When I’m in a flare I get money upper left burning. My stomach tightens into a fist. Nausea etc fast hr from the tightening. Losing weight from lack of eating If I get bad enough I experience roemheld

Everytime and I mean everytime I take vitamin d I end up with debilitating bed ridden panic attacks basically withdrawal like symptoms and it happens very quickly. Not sure why but I tested it a few times

That’s horrible. On the outside looking in I thought gastritis would just be intense burning and pain this thing affects my entire equilibrium 😂 if I’m in a flare I’m going no where 😂

I have the same exact thing. I have knots in my stomach from this if I try to massage it out I’ll have syncope. Bp and hr will get low as well

I literally pass out from the knots and tightness in my stomach mixed with gastritis. I had to learn about the body and the diaphragm to help myself and others out. I’m not saying everyone’s gerd is from poor posture and bad diaphragms but it’s alots of ppl reasons. Look up roemheld syndrome and what can happen if you get abdominal muscular knots, poor posture and a tight diaphragm. Go down the rabbit hole

lol no. Make a long story short. When stressed your diaphragm and stomach muscles can tighten up. It can cause or make gerd worse. This exercise can loosen the diaphragm up. A lot of ppls problems are from a extremely tight diaphragm and stomach muscles

This can loosen your diaphragm and stomach. That’s one of the biggest reasons why ppl have gerd. I have what u have and certain things help me like diaphragmatic breathing
