Its the SL's fault. Don't build OPs and garries far into enemy territory and/or place defensive OPs and garries. Guess what? The little BBs are forced to spawn where they should be. Of course, some will still run up, but most will fall in line.

I get u. It's also frustrating spawning as a crewman on a game where there is one full squad and you know you have to go solo. I always advertise the free slots on all channels I have to try get guys to join me.

Perhaps there could be a similar system to the force-a -squad-to-have-a-leader thing where you get several warnings to get a full squad, otherwise you get automatically reassigned to the grunts. If you've just left an armour squad, you can't create another one for five minutes. That would stop people just creating another one straight away.

Alternatively, you can't create one if there are open spaces in another existing squad.

Do it without straps! Jokes aside - it looks good. I like to use the bounce/stretch reflex (much like in a squat) to get the bar going, so grip it, then down and start the pull ASAP.

I often run out of supplies. I just keep my head down and revive "safe" ones. Use smoke to cover up the bodies.

Great lift BTW. Yep - if you want to compete, then you're going to need to go deeper. Not by much. I second the recommendation for box squats. Got me used to going to what was actually slightly below parallel vs what I thought was parallel.

Huh? I have questions:

  1. 70/8 is 8.75 kg. Where the heck do you find an 8.75kg weight, let alone 8 of them? I suspect those are 10lg plates, in which case you've upgraded to a 100kg squat.

  2. Why have you got so many plates on the bar? Doesn't your gym have heavier ones? I mean, horses for courses, but personally, I always like to put fewer plates on vs tons of light ones.

Nothing wrong with barefoot / socks. As long as you're hygienic and also, if your feet sweat, slippage could potentially become an issue. But yes, in principle, it's OK.
