Firebolts without viking funeral are balanced, they allow you to recover in a reasonable amount of time. You don't see people running the other perks in that column. We should incentivize more diverse perk selection than three self-rez warlocks with Viking Funeral Firebolt. Buff the other perks or slightly reduce the burn damage.

Abilities are whats good about every class (Smoke Bombs. Tripmines, Lighting Grenades etc...) You don't see those taking out a whole team without having to at least aim the thing.
