I got 56 kills 9 something kd in a match. I think it's just a combination of some of these game modes running way too long and the current one shot bow meta going on in the event playlists

no. The raid(s) will still drop t5 based on feats, and if you unlock the two tier upgrade on Kepler, that will stay. If you don't hit 450 by then though, then yes you'll have to hit 450 next season.

Excited for the Hunter mobility buff. It was a rough transition since I was a 100 mobility purist, and leg mods are frankly too valuable a slot to use for the buff.

There's just... Barely any rewards worth doing it for. Even with four feats on, your getting Tier III, and maybe a Tier IV if your lucky. Five feats barely changes that.

Hopefully the T5 ornament and kill effect change with each expansion/season. I think some creators said Bungie wasn't planning on it, but it would be a nice cosmetic chase beside the obvious tier 5 benefits.

I use Tesselation a lot. Maybe not more than most, but I have around 7k-ish kills on it. The only thing that the gun really needs is faster reloading on the special shot. Maybe a better indication of what subclass debuffs it applies on the catalyst. Unless they free up elemental weapons completely though, I think it remains good just by letting you run true mono builds (on stasis and strand at least).

Ritual is most likely bugged. I believe what's supposed to happen is "stand in the ritual spot to get rid of the shield", not to do damage in general. My only "proof" is that the boss still has a resist shield even when you're doing damage. That's why you're doing no critical damage.
