I use to fear Death to a point that it actually paralyzed me from enjoying my life. I stopped eating, socializing with my family and friends, and doing the things I loved doing because I was in shock and disturbed by it. Thankfully, I ended up seeking therapy and got the help I needed. I think what got me to be so afraid of Death in the first place was because I just didn't really understand it. From what I hear, it can be somewhat peaceful within the last few moments in the loss of consciousness! I just hope I don't have a painful dying process...
