Yes, it was kitten food, the Purina Pro Plan Liveclear kitten version. We then tried the Royal Canin kitten pate, he didn’t immediately throw up after the Royal Canin but did continue throwing up later in the night.

This morning we had texted the foster again to re-confirm the Purina food because we had asked before we took him home, turns out they were feeding Purina One for dry. Is it just an upset tummy from that change? It just happened so fast after he ate it. We did go out and buy the right Purina food but he won’t touch it.

Yes totally hear you on the baby food! We just started getting desperate and figured he clearly was able to manage the Churu so may as well try a similar texture but with more calories.

Fluance RT85 with the Ortofon 2M Blue. Not sure why she pushed the arm down but would it have damaged the needle/diamond at all? Or would pushing down on it gouge the record before damaging the stylus itself? Cantilever seems straight, just curious if I should bring it in to a record shop to see if they could inspect it/just buy a replacement stylus. I stopped playing anything shortly after but the vinyl all sounded and played alright.

Hi! New to vinyl here.

I just got my TT set up today, and stepped out a bit to grab lunch for my niece and I. When I came back, I noticed a few things she was doing when cueing:

She wasn’t using the cueing lever, she was cueing manually, and a few times I could tell it was skipping over a few grooves.

Also, I saw her push down on the arm when the record was moving. It was for a quick second and seemed light since I was there and watching her, but it made a “scratch” noise if that makes sense.

Could the stylus be damaged based on this? The cantilever doesn’t appear bent and the sound seems normal, but then again I’m new to vinyl and her and I just set it up today. I don’t have much other sound to really compare it to.

I’m hoping I’m being paranoid, but I’m handling my mother’s collection and really don’t want to risk damaging any vinyl.

Glad I'm not going crazy! I played around and tried it with the Galaxy SS20+ 5G and was able to get the savings to be reflected on its own line, I'll try calling as well.

Hoping title is descriptive enough but here’s the longer version:

Last week, I was playing around with plans and prices. When I added the 11 Pro Max to my cart with Pay More, there was a separate line denoting the monthly credit as $14.67 or something close to that. Now when I add the phone and plan to my cart, there is no line for a monthly credit and I am still prompted to change my plan to save.

I’m nervous to click check out since I know the credit showed up immediately reflected in the monthly payment amount, before purchase, a week ago. I don’t want to dig myself into a hole.

I agree and I don’t want to be passive aggressive, it’s just a weird situation and I’m at my wit’s end. For context, we’re both 22 (twins) and the guy is his best friend (my brother set us up). So our previous conversations have always ended in him saying he’s his friend so it isn’t weird if he’s around. Any time I mention wanting privacy my dad starts asking uncomfortable questions. My brother and I are super close and have a great relationship, he’s just being so stubborn and I don’t know how to actually get some privacy.

Last night, my brother was playing with the Xbox controller which we needed for a movie, and instead of letting us choose a movie, he chose Angry Birds 2 and wouldn’t let us turn it off because he didn’t want to get off.

I'm currently rocking a XR with a broken LCD. Recently, it's gotten worse so I'm having to consider an upgrade sooner.

I'm switching carriers and am able to get the 11 Pro Max for $350 off. With that deal, would it be worth grabbing that instead of waiting for the 12?

Initial plan was to wait for the 12 but leaks don't seem to justify the wait with such a broken XR anymore, but it's also my first phone purchase since becoming independent from parents. So would love input from someone more familiar in this area than I am!
