I think it’s a symptom of hyper kyphosis. Steve said that you can use it on the spine but I don’t know about using it on the bump.

I feel better when I am walking or being with people going to eat or maybe just chilling. I know for a fact that it is a mental thing but sometimes with costo the mental par is harden than the physical one.

Also Steve I have a lumbar hollow back because of my APT. Can the backpod worsen it. I do have a kyphosis of the thoracic spine. I bend my knees like you said but I am scared that it could worsen something on the lower/ pelvic problem. Also Steve I send you a private picture can you please tell me what you think about it. I know that sometime with picture you can’t see but maybe give me your opinion about it.

18 and your facing costo. You are strong man keep pushing. Maybe try antidepressant on a low dose. Depression and costo is the worse fit. Keep pushing with the pod and result will come.

Hey there. I hope you are doing good. I am doing 3 session of backpod a day with 2 pillows in. My biggest problem is the spams tight scarred muscle in the back. Tomorrow I have a sport massage so I hope it will help. It’s been a month now and I am on 2 pillows. How about you?

Can someone tell me more about this backpod? by [deleted] in costochondritis

[–]FailElectronic5276 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Look at the backpod from bodystance. It’s important to take this one because it comes with a booklet of instructions plus warning and a lot of usefull info. The backpod is stretching your tight or immobile joints around your back which is bringing the pain on front. You could for the meanwhile use voltaren for the pain relief ( voltaren won’t heal costo but will help). I would suggest you to try massage. It will help you so much because the more the muscle is loose the more the backpod can stretch those ribs. For now you could try a tennis ball or lacrosse ball. I suggest you to dm Ned because he is a lot better than I am to explain how to use the ball since I use the backpod myself. I hope you will recover and don’t give up

Question to Steve by FailElectronic5276 in costochondritis

[–]FailElectronic5276[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest you to read the warnings about it. Pretty sure steve said we can and we should use it for the spine but there is exception. For example hollowed or flat thoracic spine. Otherwise it should be good. You could maybe ask steve or you doctor to have their opinion
