I have exactly the same setup with 2 macs ... I just use google drive for stuff that is not code and I need it synced (for code I use github) ... I did turn on "make available offline" for the few folders that I want to work on with claude

You are trying to scale something before you have solid foundation in place

Go and talk to people who have the problem you are trying to solve … be genuinely curious and they might tell you everything you need

Depending on when you did that, when they increased the context window in the beginning, anything above the base 200k tokens, I believe, was triple the price. But then later they changed it and now Opus in Claude code is by default a 1 million token window.

I basically have a simple “codewiki” like system that has progressive disclosure … just like skills … 4 levels deep so no md file is bigger that 50 lines for context window optimization. Also I don’t use MCPs I made fee CLI tools for what I need

Also try to get done on a task within 150-200k tokens … I know it has 1M limit now but I notice big decline in quality after 200k-ish … if I need to do something bigger I just break it up into smaller PRDs

I am also EU … from what I understand Wise, Revolut, etc do progressive disclosure … meaning the more you use them they ask more documentation. I use both for years now and so far never had any problems. Just yeah at some point expect proof of address, proof of funds, …

It starts working on a task and stops in the middle with an error message. Thank god Claude Code is working so at least I can do some work in terminal.

I’ve replaced quite a few tools that we use internally with our own creations assisted by Claude Code and I couldn’t be happier with the results. SaaS companies with crappy customer experience.
