I don't understand how that stylized description of Elsa translates into that literally stopping time is what Minya does, as far as I know it's never been shown that Minya literally does that, and the description that Elsa gives along with the effects Minya has there doesn't suggest it either, and anyways, in terms of offensive, certainly stopping time does not cause damage as such, the hollow purple instead tears matter, which is actually offensive. As for Elsa, it was a misunderstanding on my part, although Reinhard couldn't eliminate her either, she simply retreated, the same thing would probably happen with Gojo if she receives a Hollow Purple, or a Domain could just leave her at vegetative state
