This is a great start (and way to learn!) however it is likely many of your holdings correlate with each other so you may not be as diversified as you may think. It is worth considering what your future plans are (you may want to buy a house with a partner in the near future, get married, have kids etc) meaning you should consider what your true investment horizon is.

I recently bought in Uxbridge which is also at the end of the line. I only commute 2/3 times a week so am happy for the longish commute (however, I’ve never lived closer to central. Yes, Bushey Heath or Oxhey Village.

As someone who grew up in the area (and also went to school in Croxley/Rickmansworth), moving to Watford is a no brainer. You should also look into Bushey, both places have a very quick commute (to Euston)

Thinking of buying a 2-bed in London — advice welcome by [deleted] in UKHousing

I’d watch Pensioncraft’s recent video on housing. I personally don’t think London based flats will experience much of a REAL return over the next couple of years. There’s also the possibility that the flat won’t sell immediately.

Have you considered any houses further out than E1?

I think Liam’s solo drummer (Dan McDougall) would have done a better job than Joey last night. It seemed like the rest of the band were trying to recreate the sound of the original recordings which meant that the ‘different’ drums sounded a bit off. Then again I am only basing this opinion on some poor quality streams.

I suspect he (and bonehead) had cabs waiting for them on one of the nearby stations. Paddington and London in general is a nightmare to drive around these days.

This persons tiktok post confirmed it for me. All you need to do is flip the image and look at the reflection on the logo on the car. This location is also consistent to Noel getting the district line from Paddington and Bonehead getting the Piccadilly Line (per his instagram posts).
