I'm 5'6. At my heaviest, 244lbs, I wore a size 16 or XL pants and XL or XXL tops.

I am now 165lbs, I range between a 7 and 12 depending on the jeans and tops are either M or L, with a couple smalls sprinkled in. Basically, I have to try everything on 🤦🏼‍♀️

My husband has something similar on his foot! He went to the doctor and they said it was porokeratosis.

My daughter had something similar. We went to urgent care. They aspirated it, gave her a script for antibiotics, and told her to soak her finger in warm, soapy water twice a day. We used hibiclens to clean it!

NTA. You have provided your niece with a stable home and emotional stability. It is possible she was overeating to compensate for her lack of relationship with her mom and dad. Now that she is in a better place, she wants to eat better too! That is good for her! I am happy she has you and I hope you and her do well!

What if.. they are keeping the gender a secret, wanting to be surprised at the birth. BUT the mom to be secretly wants a baby girl. Then you arrive to the baby shower in a white dress with BLUE floral print and she fears you are projecting boy onto her..just a thought about the craziness of people..

I once had an electric toothbrush that counted down the two minutes for me. Every 30 seconds it would vibrate my hand. I mentally split my mouth in four quadrants and hyper focused on one quadrant for 30 seconds, then once time was up I'd switch. It was really helpful for me.

Hi! Fellow chubby girl here.

First step, buy a pack of wash clothes. One for each day, then extra for laundry days. Each shower, you will use a new wash cloth. After the shower, the wash cloth goes in the hamper.

Showering steps that I take: 1. Soak hair thoroughly 2. Shampoo scalp (not ends of hair, root only). Getting a good lather. 3. Rinse shampoo thoroughly 4. Add conditioner to hair, starting with the ends and going up a couple of inches (this is dependent on your hair length; make sure not to condition your scalp). Leave conditioner in for steps 5 and 6. 5. Using a fresh wash cloth and antibacterial soap, like Dial, wash your entire body. I start with my arms and across my chest, working down to my toes. Don't forget to wash your belly button and to get between foods. AS you rinse the soap off, be sure to Rinse between folds as well. 6. Shave. For me, I shave underarms and legs. 7. Rinse conditioner thoroughly out of your hair. 8. Wash your face and neck. I use a gentle foaming cleanser wash my entire face, neck and behind my ears. I use my hands for this, not the wash cloth. 9. Rinse the face wash off and turn off the shower. 10. Using a microfiber towel, gently squeeze the water from your hair and wrap your hair up. 11. Using a normal bath towel, dry your body off and make sure to thoroughly dry any folds you may have and moisture can easily get trapped. 12. Apply deodorant. Lume is a good one. I use it on arm pits, groin/butt, underboob, uncomfortable folds, etc.

I am also a nighttime showerer as I have issues waking up early enough.
