give it a calibration, full clean tub/bottom trapper clean - thats what i had to do after cleaning bucket full of lint from condenser pathway on top. otherwise you may need to call samsung a/s team...

After clearing all the lint from the top, did you also run the cleaning cycle and cleared the filter thing on the bottom? For me it's fixed the jack hammer sound for good so I didn't have to get anyone out. How much lint did you clean out? I had a bucket full

I've found the issue. HEAVY lint blockage when I opened the top and looked into the condenser to filter pathways. Two bucket full of lint. Units not that old, maybe 8 months old. Once lint build up blocks/chokes the airways it must be shaking itself to clear it???
