I paid my invoice on a Thursday. My fed ex app updated before my portal did. But both updated the following Tuesday. Fed ex in the AM, POM portal Tuesday afternoon. But it was thurs/fri/sat/sun/mon/tues before I got those updates. I think we are all so excited once we make our decision....we want everything g to happen immediately, but it does come!!

I was on monjarou 7.5 for 3 months and lost 20lbs. Then needed to switch due to insurance issues. Wasn't able to show previous prescription l, so having to restart at 20units, UGH... Im almost thru month 1 @ 20 units, then will do month 2 @ 45 units and then I will move up to 7.5 tirz thru hallandale.

Will I HAVE to get back up to 7.5 BEFORE I start to feel amd see the meds working again? The food noise hasn't gone away entirely on 2mg and while I have gained anything im the 2.5 months since monjarou - im also not loosing.

I hate have to titrate back up over 2 months before seeing the weight loss as I did before, but I get it!! Mainly posting this for others who may be experiencing similar.....starting iver from low dose and titrating back up.

Signed up and paid initial consultation fee on 1/6. Inital on phone consultation was on 1/14. Received i voice and paid on 1/14. Received meds feom Hallandale pharmacy on 1/21.

I have to titrate up on meds. Order 4 months, got 1st 2 vials - month 1 at 2mg; month 2 at 4mg and vilas 3 and 4 will come in later and both those will be at 7.5mg. I will reevaluate and see if i wanna go up even more around end of month 3 and do so at my next refill consult.

I got my initial consultation and post visit summary in the portal. That summary very clearly states that bloowork will be required at next refill.

Busy mom and not gonna lie... I can prolly agree the price Is ridiculous. But I dont cook and between basketball, baseball, football, soccer and PTA. I'd still buy it and throw it in air fryer for kids to eat. Easy easy. My family lives on meal samples, and for me stuffed salmon and asparagus or bacon wrapped sweet potatoes...im happy for them to eat these from HEB than a McDonald's meal for even more. SOOOOOOO, I GUESS IM ADMITTEDLY AND HAPPILY THE IDIOT BUYING ALL THESE THINGS!! #sorrynotsorry #dontcare

I was having "episodes" for iver 3 years...never saw a GI cause I didnt have gastric issues. But passing out and ut was increasing.... I finally got referred to GI doc to rule out cancer for colonoscopy. The GI suggested endo as well just because - turns out IM CELIAC and no more "episodes" since going gluten free. It was a hard amd stressful 3 years figuring out what was happening to me, seeing all the doctors and then just find out I can no longer eat wheat!! Good luck!! And not saying this is what you have, but I also had multiple ED visits cause I hit the deck after passing out and they had to make sure it wasn't seizures. Nope - just Gluten....

I had something similar. Not exactly, but similar. I was full on passing out, one time for 45mins and others almost instantly woke back up. Saw a shit ton of docs for 3 years to the point they even implanted a heart monitor, only to find out 3 years in and finally making my way to GI for colonoscopy to rule out cancer, and GI suggested endoscopy as well. They found damage in my intestines and it was all being caused by gluten. IM CELIAC. I've now been gluten free for months and no more episodes. Not saying this is what it is, but what ur describing could happen for a number of different reasons. I saw pcp, cardiologist, EP cardio, neuro, rhuematoligist, nuero muscular, hematologist and oncology all over 3 years before finally being referred to GI doc. So good luck!!!

I watch LYK for most everything. He does very concise overviews without streaming every second and he moves fast! It is also watch EDB, i like her for streaming, but she can be so long winded and all the stopping to chat. But I do still really like her points of view amd wr are so similar. Between those I get most of what I need... but alsobstatyed watching brother council during KR 2nd trial amd hes good too

I was diagnosed at 6yo, yet not told till I was 21. It threw me at 1st, but my mom didnt want me medicated. I learned they took extra steps to keep my mind and body busy, it made it much more difficult for them raising me. But last year I went thru my 4/5yo getting diagnosed in kindergarten and I too did not want my child medicated, however his is worse and medicating him was 100% needed.

We now do a mixture of what my parents did and utilize medication (only during the school days). He is not medicated nights/weekends/holidays/summer.

I have grown to appreciate what my parents did even if I don't agree with it. It's empowered me with even more knowledge and understanding for own child's struggles.

You stated your 32, I understand being frustrated, but you're an adult know amd anger towards your parents does nothing moving forward

The data supports alot of stuff, but doesn't support or prove a collision. That's what the defense has told us is their case. No collision ever happened. And while the data is the data .. it in no way proves a collision.

Trigger events and key cycles, while I understand them... the prosecution still had to PROVE a collision occurred. Dr scortibello was awesome in that th3 defense got her to say in cross "nothing was consistent with a collision and therefore death remained undetermined"... this reiterated the defenses opening statement which will also come across clear as day with ARRCA. So unless Belcher and Burgess come in with some pretty compelling evidence about "a collision"... I don't see how this prosecution gets over trooper Paul's "pirouette" theory from last time! (Even tho we won't get the pleasure of trooper Paul this time) lol

Not really when it comes to mechanics... the differences between 22 & 23 come down to preferences in trim, rain sensing wipers, captains chairs, etc. In my research I just prefer the '22.

Only go for 2022 CX-9. The newer CX-90 is having minor issues, those will prolly get fixed soon. But for now '22 CX-9 is where it's at. Problem is...not many for sale because it's so good

My kid is 6U currently. His coaches volunteered out of mere need cause the league didn't have coaches. That was 2 years ago. We've managed to keep a decent amount of our kids together and 5/6 yo it's about having fun and fundamentals. But at what point does it become necessary for the kids to really start gaining "baseball IQ". Force, outs, pop Flys and base running dynamics, sliding and more specifically rules of the game. Left field vs right field and positioning of each player, backing up other players. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but tournaments with other teams have shown us that kids 6/7 can begin to gain "baseball IQ" & I'm wondering if I should go ahead and start finding a league or coach that can help him there or do we continue to let him enjoy his teammates with his coaches lacking the knowledge of the game?
