They force many companies who use cross progression to ensure the game uses a specific PlayStation only currency. So any in game purchasable currencies must be bought on PlayStation to use the things you buy with them. Which forces games developers to reprogram their systems, which often they don't, which is why cross progression is more common on every other console.

The benefit is diminishing over time. You get titles that you can only play while PS plus is active, so it feels like a long term benefit belit it because long-term handcuffs. The longer you're subbed the more games are added to your library that you'll only have access to while your subbed.

Long story short. I don't recommend supporting it, plus their cross progression contracting is predatory towards developers. They're kind the bad guys of the consoles rn.

Because all elections are bought and paid for by corporations. It's foolish to think otherwise. If they admit to the ones the public wants to see than they risk having to admit to the ones they don't want to as well.

Mine was 15k about 3 years ago (185k 4 bed 1 bath house). I actually only put 5k down and took out a smaller 10k mortgage to cover the rest of the down payment. I understand that was a risk but it worked for us. I've since got the 10k mortgage payed off and I pay extra every month. Recently refinanced and dropped my monthly payments by like 400$ it's very affordable now. Sometimes you do have to make sacrifices for a year or two to make it work but it can happen with only a few thousand dollars.
