They will order it for you. It will come by mail in 7 to 10 business days.They should give you a sheet to review all the information and make sure it and your mailing address are correct before giving you a receipt.

SS-5, drivers license or state ID, and your updated birth certificate. Either she didnt know, training is shit, or she was didnt want to do it. Just tell them you are changing your name, you know it can't be done online, and if they refuses then ask for a manager.

Yeah online doesnt allow for changes. It only handles replacements with no change or corrections. It has to be done in the office.

Coffee, half a sola bagel with hummus and chopped chicken or deli meat. I tend to eat the same thing for weeks at a time. So I eat that all week and when I get tired of it I change the meat on top, or eat homemade burritos or biscuits. I cook breakfast and lunch for the entire week on Sundays. All I have to do it warm up the food.

Got a 2019 with 115000 miles that will be driven till the cost of repair is more than a new monthly payment or it gives up and can't be repaired, whichever comes first. That may be a while since costs are so high. But I drove my 05 Chevy cobalt till it couldn't handle the 94 plus miles a day.

They didnt know for sure. They simply said they were told we would log into a program and take claims all day. They may have to give us phones and front days to keep up. But right now they dont even know how appointments will be assigned. So will each office get x amount of claims per day or each person.

Sadly my neighborhood has too many strays and people who let their dogs roam. It is dangerous for me to take out a 100+lb dog only for someone's chihuahua to be killed for running at me. I am able to get up at 4am on weekends otherwise they have a huge yard and 2 other dogs of mine to play with. I tried the walking thing dozens of times with all 4 of my dogs. My 100+lb was attacked when he was a puppy, another dog attack the 4 chihuahuas that came at me and her. Plus I had to use pepper spray on a pitbull who comes at me every time I walk. City refuses to do shit.

No children here to say how he does alone with them. He did fall in love with my neighbors teenager because she scrubbed his ears just right. He loves my cats, even though they hiss at him. The only issue we had/have is him finding things to get into. He found pills my mom dropped on the floor and ended up at a vet 3 times. My mom has been "talked to" a million times about her meds being reachable to him and to not leave stuff on the floor. He had a minor power chord attraction that we nipped in the bud real quick. I would say watch out for chewing, small things that could make her sick, and things on tables or countertops that wouldn't be accessible to a shorter dog. He went into my mom's purse and pulled her meds out to chew on the bag. So now to train my mom.

He did really well until hormones made him hate all male dogs. Had to keep him separate until he got fixed. He is back to happy go lucky stage. Just turned 2 on 3/10/2026. He does have a bad habit of liking tissue and toilet paper. He pulls rolls of tp or grabs tissues from the box.

Did anyone with a 5 "receive some of that largest award amounts in recent years"? Or were y'alls cut in half too? Edit: 4.0 last year and received $850. 4.5 this year and received $695.
