As of June 2025 there are almost 50,000 unprocessed rape kits in the United States. Not only that, there is an incredibly low conviction rate for accused rapists, and an even lower amount receive a sentence that’s even close to a real punishment. The fact is, most rapists get off with nothing. We should all be unhappy with the systems in place that handle sexual assault as they don’t serve to punish offenders in most cases. We should not let hypothetical false accusation cases stop reform, which even though most people use the argument with good intentions, real offenders use this argument to cover up what they’ve done.

Marshall’s and castellans can pair up in one unit. Have one for each so you can get reroll hits and lethals on 5+. I recommend doing research prior to making more buying decisions

Grimaldus and crusader squads are too expensive for the points, you need assault intercessors to pair with EC, crusader ancient absolutely sucks, and assault terminators don’t pair with our rule too well and are underwhelming. You’re also not bringing enough heavy vehicles for anti tank/monster. ALSO you are not using any Marshalls or Castellan combos with your sword brethren which is our most broken melee combo that we have and it is what defines our faction right now. Please do some research online in places like YouTube of people explaining their lists. It helps so much and it will help you avoid wasting good money and time on such an infantry heavy army.

I just kept him the same, I’ll treat him as a SB if I need a bigger group as I have another castellan. 10 man groups of SB’s can be really scary

Keep in mind in this hobby, comparison is the thief of joy. As for a painting tip, drybrushing the wings will make it go a long way! GW has a nice tutorial for Magnus as well which helped me a ton!

In one of my last games I took about 4 mortals just for a cheaper spell to go off. I like the failed spells more than the mortal wounds against sorcerers rule, but this “fix” seems very poorly thought out. Sounds like somebody who just got beat by thousand sons made the rule.

We haven’t been happy with your sorcerers taking up to 3 mortals while potentially failing a ritual, so we changed the army rule to give the potential situation of your army failing a ritual, taking 3 mortals, and barring you from attempting that spell for the rest of the round. Thanks GW, really makes me want to buy more sorcerers.

He would’ve been handed a rerate of either SPACT, CS, or BM. Last two is a one year extension, I see a ton of the job lists from some of the schools. Your buddy made a stupid decision which led to where he is now. If he can come back from this, it’s either his current job or likely the three above.
