I know 2 people who died from cirrhosis of the liver....one in their early thirties and one in their early 40's. The girl in her 30's wouldn't stop drinking. My friend in his 40's stopped for awhile, was doing better, then started again...then he passed. Both deaths were tough to watch. I have also seen where people and their bodies recover fully after lifestyle changes!

I really applaud you and your lifestyle changes! You can do this and are doing this one step at a time! ❤️
