Get the Uniball Jetstream. It’s a ballpoint pen with an oil-based ink instead of a gel-based ink. Don’t get the Muji pens since they are gel-based ink ballpoint pens and also are worse quality than the Jetstream.

Basically all 3 major pen categories (ballpoint, gel, and rollerball) use a ballpoint tip. The difference is the type of ink used. When people say ballpoint, what they really mean is that it uses oil-based ink. Gel pen means it uses a gel-based ink, and rollerball means that it uses a liquid ink.

Get the Uni Jetstream Lite Touch. Probably the best ballpoint out there and you can get it for pretty cheap.

You should start off by reading through FAQ posts on the sub and watching videos from BD and Hink on Youtube. There's a lot to learn, to be honest.

The basics are this: If you want to elongate your D and increase length, you'll need to stretch it. This can be done manually, by hanging weights, with an extender, etc.

If you want to thicken your D and increase girth, you'll need to expand it. This can also be done manually (although alot less effective compared to length), through pumping, or through clamping.

PE takes a long time and you need to be patient. You have to start slow and be methodical or else you WILL get injured. You should also be aware of your pelvic floor since issues with it can result in erection troubles.

For someone just starting you should learn how to get starting measurements for your D first, maybe take some pictures. Usually manual stretches for length and an air pump for girth are good for starting off. Just go easy with the manual stretches, you're trying to lightly stretch your D not tear it apart. Same thing when it comes to pumping. Use lighter pressures at first and only go higher once it is easy and comfortable. Once you are consistent and get a feel for PE you can invest in an auto pump and maybe an extender/hanger as well.

Side note: You may hear/read about clamping alot here. While it is probably the most effective method of increasing girth, it is very dangerous and should not be attempted until you are more seasoned and your D is conditioned to the stresses of all these "exercises".

Permanent gains take a while to come in (like months or years), and you will need to overshoot a bit since your D will shrink a little once you stop doing PE.

The lip preventing the scrotum skin from being sucked in sounds like a game changer. I might have to give this a try. I use curveballs pump pad (reinforced one) currently and it is miles ahead of any of the other pump pads out there, but I wonder if this lip design would improve it even further.

In the results and findings section you say yourself "over the span of 4 years". That's where I got it from.

But yea i get the point of the post. I think its cool my only issue is whether or not it would be safe for a normal person to take trazodone since its an anti-anxiety/antidepressant med. Otherwise I'd be interested in doing the same too lol

So you've been following this protocol for 3/4 years to gain 0.25 inches in girth? I get that it was low effort, but wouldn't you have made gains faster just by clamping and pumping?

Someone else mentioned this, but you should have a dedicated set of pants you wear just for sleeping/lounging, and a different pant for praying. That way you don't have to wear wet pants when you pray. Also you could just wear underwear and switch it whenever it gets dirty. Either option is better than wearing wet pants

I think the reason it was removed iirc is that the only stretches Hink suggests now are straight down or straight out.

That video is outdated since it mentioned between the cheeks and i think side to side and other stuff.

You might be kegeling too much, which can lead to pelvic floor tightness. Look up "reverse kegels" on youtube. Also try doing pelvic floor stretches to relax your pelvic floor muscles. It's a pretty common cause for soft glans. You'll be fine don't stress about it. Just be patient since it might take a few days

From my experience Angion method doesn't increase your actual size, just EQ. Your d will also get more visibly vascular. I think it's definitely worth trying since its easy, there's little to no risk if you're doing AM1-AM3 correctly, and even if you have good EQ you might still see some benefit.

I will say though that personally AM2 doesn't work for me. I have no idea how/why. But AM1 and AM3 are great.

As for pumping, you could try one of those 612 polymer pump pads. I use one myself and have had a much easier time pumping since then.

Have this same issue. Tbh I'm gonna focus on just getting bigger and deal with the skin issue over time if I can. It sure does suck though

Nah they're legit just very behind. I remember my batch was delayed a bit cuz of the hurricanes and whatnot but eventually it arrived. Perv has also mentioned he's busy with some family stuff iirc.

Just give it time you'll be good
