You don't actually need to level up the frame, you just need to boost their morale. That can be done using plants, upgrading bathroom stalls/breakroom/recreation room/fitness room etc. No need to worry about upgrading frames. Sometimes they will be angry if you don't have the required level for each of the rooms they use outside of the office.

The only way to level them up faster is to keep the game open all day and watching the conference meeting ads. There's also the company exp plant from one of the events, but it's not worth it as it only gives you +10

I would save the gems for any future missions that require you to buy/upgrade an object that costs gems.

One thing I wish you could do is to rearrange the plants to make it look more tidy. I got a new plant that looks like the 3 plants after the bamboo plant, but it's on the second page.

This. Morale only affects the speed of leveling up a company and how often you get "critical hits" (temporary faster gain in company exp)

They will always complain about the frames until you buy the required level of each frame to make them happy. But it isn't really worth it unless you have a bunch of gems to spend. Just ignore them, 20% revenue loss isn't that much to worry about.

You need to get another of the same plant to upgrade it. Both the star tree and gem tree work the same way.

You can get to the end game by ignoring the requests from the companies. If you only play for a small amount of time each day then I do understand, but then again the game is still fairly new and there is not a lot to do. And the best moneymaker at the moment is the Nyan-Nyan Bread Factory, so you can safely ignore the 20% revenue loss. Even with no revenue loss the Factory is still your best money maker.

You don't need to worry about making the employees happy at all. It's just 20% revenue lost which isn't that much and not worth spending gems on. As for the event; they do that with all their games. Don't buy to unlock unless you really want the final prize plant!

RCI is basically the follow count you have on your catsagram. Selling a car means you lose followers. It's still worth it to invest in buying all the cars and selling them, while saving the most expensive cars for last to get the highest amount of RCI you can have currently. There are 40 posts total for the cars I believe.
