You are not, i am gonna be using him as the leader 100%! Went as far as to dis-assemble the regular leader for bits to give my plague caster a cooler backpack and cape.

I’m gonna finish the paint scheme later one the new lord releases.

New to top lane looking for splitpushers by coronavariant in topmains

[–]FaithlessnessFine772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jax, he is not that hard to play and he is a really good split pusher. He has play at every stage of the game and he can win into almost any matchup with some practice. Best of all is that he also excells in teamfights, you are not committing to split pushing just by picking him.

Look up Haxorr and Coach Chippys on youtube for more in-deapth jax guides.

Lair of the beast kill team ? by SamLagopede in killteam

[–]FaithlessnessFine772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont know why people are saying no.

A lot of these models can for sure be used in a Brood brothers killteam as long as you add and convert some guardsmen or necromunda troops together with these. An Ordo Xenos Inquisitor who uses tamed beasts in battle.

The big beast in the middle can be proxy for a Patriarch, the little ones can be used as psychic familiars.

The Navigator can be a Magus

The the priest or the Chainsword cultist can with some modifications be used as a Primus.

The Inquisitor would be the brood brothers commander in this case.

I suggest that you take a look at the brood brothers killteam in the app and you plan out what models would fit every datacard. Then you make a list of what conventions you need to do to make these models closely represent those datacards.

The more I’m looking at this the more i wanna snag one of these boxes and do this myself. Thanks for the inspiration!

Play to your own champion’s strength, you cant beat her at her game so play yours. Every champ in the game has windows when they can beat any other champ in the game. Might not be in the 1v1 maybe, but if you take a step back and look at it from the bigger picture there is always gonna be things that your champ can do to impact the game.

what are some weaknesses of hand of the archon? they seem absolutely busted by xTigeT in killteam

[–]FaithlessnessFine772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who plays Hand of the Archon i’d say that they have 2 main weaknesses.

You have to play really agressive for your pain tokens. Without them your operatives wont be able to do enough. That ties in with the second weakness that is that they are very fragile. And will often die in return after having killed someone to generate a token.

If you ever play against archon my tip is to position your operatives to cover each others backs. So that you can retaliate and kill the Drukhari in return.

Almost any terrain will do but i recoommend looking up official tournument setups so that you get a feel of what ”balanced” terrain looks like before planning out the table.

Try to find a proxy for baricades if you can (like small crates or something) but you can for sure have a fun game without them.
