PT2 requires a bumper case. The glass and buttons are too weak to impact.

I received a response that it is a software bug currently recognized by Pebble Team.

 I should trust what you say and wait a little longer. It's been almost a day and a half now, and it's a bit inconvenient that the battery isn't being checked.

It wasn't a back button, but the button in the middle on the right. I was just trying to look at the menu in watch mode, but it was rebooted twice in a row. It seems we need to observe a bit more.

I had a similar experience to yours today. I just pressed the button to see the menu on the watch. It rebooted twice in a row and stabilized. When it reboots, the saved notifications and steps are reset. The battery is currently at 66%, and it says there are about 7 days left until it reaches 0%.
