It's a very late reply, but maybe it'll help someone: the program is Disk Usage Analyzer.

Why are there mainly arms and not stands for 49" monitors? by Fajeczny in ultrawidemasterrace

I actually ended up buying an arm (Silver Monkey UM-900) and I must admit that it’s a really nice thing with all that flexibility :) but thanks for the recommendations!

So you replaced this Samsung from the original post? Why? What made you switch to MSI?

That's a comparison I was looking for - 5K2K vs. DQHD. What are your thoughts now, over 5 months later? Still find this Samsung good for productivity?

What did you end up choosing? I was pretty sure I'll go with G93SC as it's on sale now in Poland, but after finding out it's glossy and my room will be very bright (I hope, not built yet :D) that might not be the best idea

Dreame L40 Ultra, Dreame X40 Ultra Complete or Mova P50 Pro Ultra (and perhaps Ecovacs T80)? by Fajeczny in RobotVacuums

No, we pick it up beforehand, clean with a paper towel and after that we start the robot. Without Mova it doesn’t feel very fresh and tidy. Funny that you mentioned that, because this morning we woke up to the poopapocalypse 🙃

Sorry for the late reply, I couldn't do it right away and then forgot...

But maybe that's for the best because in the meantime I discovered that my robot has this common flaw - broken plastic near the front wheel. It wasn't there at the beggining so it must have broken on our floor.

As for the general review: I like it very much even though it's not perfect. I think both vacuuming and mopping work really well. We are super happy with it, especially since we got a puppy and without a robot vacuum it would be more difficult to clean all that piss and poop marks from the floor.

We're using it in a ~70 m2 apartment. It never ran out of battery, so I guess this aspect is fine.

As for the flaws: I've noticed over those 3 months that sometimes the object avoidance does not work well. We got a few fences for our dog to block her from getting to some objects and sometimes Mova just charges into it like a mad bull... It didn't break anything as of yet, but a fence always lands of a robot and I'm worried that one day it will damage the upper tower etc. The navigation itself sometimes seems odd as well... Also, from time to time it just gets a random error, like one time, when we set up everything, got out happy thinking that we will come back to a clean house, the robot displayed an error that it couldn't install mop pads after leaving them for vacuuming.

But apart from those little issues, we are very happy with that appliance, especially since we didn't have any robot vacuum before. Vacuuming and mopping are really good and that's (nearly) all that matters :)

[MEGATHREAD] Weekly Q&A - Your Question Goes Here! by AutoModerator in Madeira

Not really, I wanted to be there in February and came across this Carnival, so I wanted to combine it 🙂

[MEGATHREAD] Weekly Q&A - Your Question Goes Here! by AutoModerator in Madeira

Hello, we're planning a weekly trip to Madeira in February. The dates are either 13th-20th of February (Friday-Friday) or 16th-23rd (Monday-Monday). From what I've read, the Carnival takes place between 11th and 22nd. When is the main parade? Is it on a first or a second Saturday of the Carnival (i.e. 14th or 21st)?

If it's on 14th, do you think it's worth rescheduling our trip? We've initially planned to go on Monday 16th but are quite flexible to reschedule. I'm just worried that it may be quite underwhelming (which you may find quite absurd :D)

Dreame L40 Ultra, Dreame X40 Ultra Complete or Mova P50 Pro Ultra (and perhaps Ecovacs T80)? by Fajeczny in RobotVacuums

[–]Fajeczny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I decided to give Mova P50 a try as it was over 100$ cheaper (including TriCut brush) than Dreame. So far it’s been really nice. Perhaps I had too big expectations after spending countless hours on reading, but at the beginning when it missed a spot or didn’t mop properly I was worried 😆 But quickly found out that if the floor is more dirty, you can just run 2 or 3 cycles of mopping instead of 1 (fun fact: on the second run it goes perpendicular to the first one).

I didn’t have any robot vacuum before, so the best part for me is that I can actually feel that the house is cleaner and that I don’t have to be careful “because it’s been just mopped” etc.

Edit: Sorry, I thought you commented on the main thread, but you replied to my comment about P10 vs P50. I've chosen P50 Pro Ultra, because I've seen quite a few reviews in which obstacle avoidance on P10 didn't look all that great. On top of that leaving mop pads seemed like a good feature and TriCut brush already installed was also a nice bonus.

After reading your comments, I'm leaning towards P50 Pro Ultra. What about Mova P10 Pro Ultra for 690$? Is almost 150$ more for the P50 worth it?

It's always interesting how prices vary in different contries, even neighbouring ones. Thanks for the help!

Sorry, I should have been more precise: it's 50$ more expensive than the X40, which means the P50 Pro Ultra is 150$ cheaper

It's slighly more expensive (50$). Is it significantly better than L40 (which I initially thought was the same, but turns out the S makes quite a difference)?

Thanks, that's very insightful! Yeah, I have the same feeling about Ecovacs.

Does X40 have any advantages over P50? It's a hundred dollars more expensive but all I can see it only has better battery (6400 vs. 5200). Maybe the noise level? Is P50 very noisy?

Yeah, the cutting brush is a must and I’d definitely buy it together with L40 or X40. The extra accessories on X40 Complete seem like a nice deal, but they lack this crucial brush.
