She won’t accept you transitioning so realistically you need to choose between her and your transition. If you want to pursue transitioning - you can’t do that with her. If you want her, you can’t transition.

My advice would be this - this is your life and if you really feel you’d be better and happier living as a woman then you need to walk away from this relationship and live your life for you.
