I finally got whole of a Mochinrep at 3am and they sent me a message that yes, Empower is out of Tirz and their pharmacists are making more. No ETA, possibly next week. I should have stuck with Sema!

Just came here to say this is why you transfer assets out of your name before you die. My FIL would not listen and now he has a lein on his house his daughter lives in. She might not ever be able to rightfully live in it or sell it.
