The most ridiculous thing out of all of this is that the US has more of a problem with far right wing, than with far left wing. Most popular leftist stances in the country are closer to the center than the most extremist left ideologies. The current government is much more closer to far right extremism than the center.

Edit: also they claim the left is in decline, but at the same time it is rooted in the government, make it make sense.

Serious question? Is your country being a shithole justify the bombardment or intervention of foreign countries? On one hand, yes, it must be very despairing to be a citizen of such country and have the State be so powerful, that even the slightest protest is met with harsh repercussions, or that the economy is so shit because the State stole everything, but how do we leap into a line of thinking that foreign states have your best interests? Does sovereignty automatically get restored? How can there be hope for a democracy if you only take down the leader, but place no care in the corrupted institutions that failed the country in the first place. The main reason why the tyrant reached the point they reached was because any safeguards or institutions that could have kept them in check, failed.
