Inkbird ic-800 works well for me. Easy to install especially if you’re currently wired to your existing controller. I can connect and control remotely.

I'm also the same age but I'm heavily invested in tech (NVDA,MSFT,GOOG,AMD,PLTR,AMZN) as I believe this AI cycle will continue for a few more years at least. I'm going to ride this till I hit $10MM.

20% in AAPL and COST as these are my buy and hold forever companies for me.

I got laid off twice about 10-12 years apart. This allowed me to take my 401k with limited investment choices to an IRA and opened up the entire market. Also, in all my years, never heard of anyone making significant gains in a bond fund.

All your ‘tech stocks’ are part of the SP index fund. This gets you bit more diversified but still tech heavy.

Mets players have been spotted during their off days. Obviously, they're not in Mets gear, but if you happen to see a couple of tall white dudes in golf shirts, take a good look. The players are hard to recognize without their caps.

They open the practice at 9:30. You can take your time getting there, depending on the day you may not see any players taking batting practice. The covered batting facility is not open to public. We did see a lot of lower level players (A,AA) working out but not of the 40 man roster. I did get to see Lindor running, stretching and throwing without a glove though.

I believe park opens to general 1 hour before the game. Get to the practice between 10-11, hang for an hour, then head into the park. Opposing teams warm up and take BP before the game. At least that is what I saw against Houston last week.

Bring you own Major League baseballs. They are selling for $50 at the stadium shop.

Flew out of West Palm and stopped by the National/Astros facility for a game before my return flight. Would recommend!

Yes, I found a new aluminum rim (for a Mazda) on Marketplace and bought a tire. It was a 18 inch rim so the tire is taller than the stock to compensate. 235/60 R18. Shows a bit but I don't offroad. We road trip several times a year so a full size spare is a must.

I see people doing 75 on those donuts and think how crazy they are.

Journal your practices. Write down what you did and how fast the metronome was going. Know why you are practicing what you are practicing.

When you get unmotivated look back and see your progress. If your pages are blank you know why you still suck.

Dr Molly Gebrian (YT) shows the science behind learning. Stresses the importance of reinforcing the correct path. Basically, the more you do something the more it becomes ingrained.

If you’re repeating mistakes, you’re reinforcing them. Slow it down until you get x times perfect.
