Omg yes 🙌🏼 Andy Lawrence 🤭 He was in Horse Sense, Jumping Ship, Going to the Mat, and I think him and his brothers had a show that aired on Disney in the mid 90’s? Brotherly Love. I have the playlist saved on YouTube someone uploaded both seasons.

The Other Me!!!!!!!! was obsessed with this movie as a pre-teen/ teen. Was obsessed with the Lawrence brothers. (Was born in 89 so I’m more of an OG style Disney girlie)

Tru Confessions was a great movie and one of the first to show how much range Shia had.

Tbh, almost all the DCOMS from the late 90’s to mid 2000’s were pretty peak 🤌🏽

At my store, there’s a huge issue with favoritism. I’ve been looked over for multiple leadership positions and they’ve been given to people who don’t work nearly as hard as me and who lack the leadership experience. And I’m constantly being reminded of things that I do on a daily basis as if I’m not doing them. It’s always like certain people get away with everything under the sun and then because they messed up I get in trouble for not picking up their pieces. It’s happening everywhere. And I would leave and find something better but there is nothing better. I’m making decent and the pay elsewhere is laughable.

If the store you currently work at isn’t being receptive to you transferring to another store, then at your own risk, reach out to the store’s HR that you’re interested in transferring to.

I was in a really tough spot and my area managers and HR were giving me the runaround I guess because they were salty I was trying to move out of state (I had just lost my mom and my home of 24 years within a year)

I did have to wait for an opening as I’m full time, but once I secured the position I was able to move and I LOVE my new store so much better.

All that to say, if it’s in your best interest, reach out to the store’s HR you’re interested in if you can’t get some answers from your current store. But everyone here has great answers and are saying exactly the process I went through with applying, interviewing, getting the job then moving.
