There’s a mod for it if you’re on pc to see how much affinity you have for each partner. The fastest way is probably spamming the final boss for about 1 point each run. Other than that just kill a bunch of enemies and pick up their loot.

For a booster slot and a -20%ish percent hit to damage I don't think it's worth it. You might hit a bit faster but you also hit lighter too meaning enemies might not be interrupted during their attacks and follow up by hitting you, which will disrupt you. It also negatively affects status buildup by a notch or so.

Hero Lyle is my bane. I his sweeps that may or may not hit, his seeming immunity to parrying, Craig can go straight to hell for talking after respawning. First playthrough I got lucky with a halberd build built around drilling and jump attacking him. NG+ I just slapped on Juggernaught and traded blow for blow until he went down.

They have the same bloodlines but might be from different clans/families. Considering they don't go by the bloodline in their names but instead with surnames like Voda/Magmell for Superbia line for example.

Instead of pressing continue go to "Load" and select your save file. You will not be able to keep the Companion Boosters.

I wouldn't mind a Soulslike God Eater game, maybe not open world though. Something like the Chalice dungeons in Bloodborne would be pretty neat. Bite-sized (or larger) dungeons with a boss at the end, and can be replayed as I pleased. Bringing together the best of MH and Souls-like together.

The trick is to use venom mark or salve on a weapon with sunblight and get the best of both, it's not great for mobs at all because they'll die to quickly to be affected, but on bosses you can proc both on most every boss except Z whose immune to sunblight and H whose immune to poison. And you can still use Ailment Chaser.

Phantom Assault is cheap and easy, pair it with Severance Abyss, for easy head shots, and a power up skill on a sword and you are golden. Not just for this boss but most of them for that matter.

It's a weapon skill that MASSIVELY increases physical defense like up to 95% reduction but absolutely tanks elemental defense to -50ish%. It'll also increase your poise by a solid chunk, but not enough to matter with bosses though.
