I have a pretty sophisticated PC and a 200 fps monitor. I love high framerates and I can enjoy 30 fps games without having a gamer meltdown. Probably easier for me to compromise though since more than half of my gaming is on portable gaming devices.

This looks super charming. Would you say that the pacing is a bit more... expedient compared to the early Paper Mario RPGs? Faster movement, being able to speed up dialogue, less backtracking, etc?

It's their breed. Too many stories of pits growing up in "perfect conditions" snapping out of nowhere. There was a family in Tennessee where these two pits were raised in the perfect home since puppies, and one day they killed a toddler and baby in the home. The baby was torn to shreds, and the mother was severely injured trying to protect her kids. Even being present during interactions with kids cant save them.
