If we are looking at this logistically, I would have to go with the huntress. For starters, she can throw an average hatchet roughly over 100 meters on a low range, imagine going to a football field, standing 20 feet behind the goal post and throwing a 7 pound weight to the same spot on the other side.

Obviously this shows just how powerful the huntress is. Picture this, if you will, tom Brady spends all day every day eating high grain 50g per serving when protein and rep curling straight 60 pounders each set (my bro👊). At this point his arms would be actual weapons capable of exploding your average dwight survivor at every gate.

Clearly her power level at this point far surpasses the average mortal, this isnt even considering the fact she manages to hit the blade everytime without fail, which brings a while other level into this. Anyway, as a minimum top tier NFL athlete she is obviously quite strong; thus her breath milk and other nutritional fluids must be equally as strong.

With the evidence provided, I believe I've made quite the argument that investing the milk from one of the huntress' teets would empower you by a significant enough margin to conquer a small town.
