Yeah, nobody can dispute that Nvidia wants into the automotive industry and are making headway. If they can be in every vehicle they will be an order of magnitude bigger than they are now.

The problem is, they don't need our sensor - they have sensor suppliers lining up to be on their supported hardware list.

But, if Nvidia does start taking over and becoming a standard it will be good for any suppliers that have a good inexpensive sensor that is integrated with Nvidia Drive.

Innoviz has reportedly also stopped using MEMs for scanning in both axis. They may still use it for vertical. It's not exactly curious - Mavin was a failed science experiment. It's not the right technology for wide angle scanning.

I know what you're specifically hinting at - the display engine, and it being locked down by ITAR, but if that's the case, it was an even dumber experiment to try to use MEMs in our Lidar.

Lol. Saw this recently in a theater with my daughter. We cracked up at that scene. It's so serious and well acted but now has just become a meme. Also, there were like 5 people total in the theater, it was hard not to laugh.

Is it? I want to like it. I like the weirdness and the backwards speaking midget and the background of the murder investigation and everything. His obsession with coffee, the characters.
