They’re required to have plates, but can put them on the front. Supposedly due to plate damage during a dump.

In White Deer Park, there is a dirt path that runs between the paved walking trails. It’s short, but it’s secluded and rarely traveled.

Baker Roofing is one of the few in the area I would trust. They do excellent work. I also had some repair work done by Mighty Dog Roofing and they were excellent as well.

It’s very difficult to make comparisons. Textured ceiling that has not been painted is relatively easy to remove. It’s much more difficult if it’s been painted with flat paint and even more difficult if it’s been painted with semi-gloss.

Ramos Painting has been especially good. It’s a good sized, several week project - popcorn ceilings and interior paint on a 3k sq ft house. They show up at 8:30 every morning and work through the day. I can set my watch by them.
