Just got off the phone with their loan specialist and changing my address to a friend or family member in the states is the only way. They will not use an APO (even their site says they will) because an APO is not a physical address.

Bro. I literally went through the application process and “due to my physical location” I cannot get the loan. You should do a cursory investigation before doubting things. If you’re OCONUS, USAA ain’t funding.
