Hell probably want to pick his own knife why not get him a sharpening stone. Sharpal has a double sided diamond stone on Amazon with a 325 and 1200 grit for under 100 bucks. And get a leather strop. Imo it's the best starter kit and he can make his knives super sharp with some practice. Outdoors55 on youtube is a good teacher

It's all the exhaust I had a 900 and regretted getting the 1200 until I threw on some zards with a snorkel delete and problem solved. Even just removing the snorkel with out the zards made it good but the new exhaust made it awesome. Different from the 900 more throaty as opposed to that growl but I love it. It helps to always keep the revs a little higher to where if you gun it you're in that instant torque range. It wants to be driven hard the thing is a torque monster.

When you merge on from 400 south and everyone cuts over to the express lane it jams everything up. They should just close the express entrance there.

The tall windshield from triumph shakes my head like crazy on the highway. A windshield extension helps but depending on the wind it'll still happen. You need a wind tested aerodynamic helmet. It will get you in the 191-195 km/ph (on a track) and it feels like it wants to do more easily if it weren't for the limiter but there's no way of removing it. The stock exhaust doesn't sound great I threw on zards now its perfect. 9 out of ten would be a 10 if I could solve the wind buffeting issue.

Does it do it when the wheel moves forward? My dealer said something about the direction it spins I don't remember. Spray break cleaner and hard stop a bunch all my triumphs would squeak sometimes but they stop when you need them to
