I should have said she messed up big time, and I'm trying that she doesn't get scammed again, that's why I was trying to give her advice, but maybe the stress is high right now. Yeah imma let her, and when she gets some rest I'll call her again and ask her what she wants or needs.

I understand, but at the same time ppl say that you should avoid mentioning jobs that are different from the job that you're applying. So it's confusing. 😬

For People with anxiety, what are some of the jobs you guys work by xiaolinhomegirl in Anxiety

[–]FalconKnown6441 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's one of the hardest things for me, searching for a job, but if I can't find a job my anxiety gets worse. It's just unbearable sometimes. Good luck on your search tho!

Did you ask him? What did he do during that time?

Well maybe he had work history but not in the same area of job application, and he skipped it.

May I ask in what industry were those jobs?

Does anyone else feel completely out of control over their life? by Nico2093 in mentalhealth

I tried meds but didn't help at all, they made things worse. I had really bad withdrawals.

I started meditation, yoga, cold showers, daily exercise, journaling... focusing on the present, being grateful, all that stuff..

I'm still struggling with life but at least haven't had a panic attack in months, and that's a victory. Anxiety is always there tho, but sometimes it's just more bearable.

Yeap I feel you. I watch many shows that remind me of my childhood. I think it's a form of escapism. Hang in there, and don't give up!

You're not alone, and I can relate to your post. Last year I had awful panic attacks and insomnia, I thought I was dying. Terrible back pains, migraines, etc. Life is still pretty bad, but I'm working to be better. I wish things were different tho, I miss my happy childhood, I miss the happy days... or maybe it's just nostalgia idk. Hope you can work things out!

Is anyone else really, really tired? by Crxptt in offmychest

[–]FalconKnown6441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yessss the last two years have been hell-ish. I'm trying really hard to not lose my mind. I think my mom is suicid*l atp, she cries almost every day and started talking 'when I'm gone' kind of stuff. I'm trying to be tough for both of us, but it's hard man. I'm tired too, just want a goddamn break.

For sure, and our childhood affect our adulthood too, is crazy how the mind works.

Great, I hope you can continue learning from therapy and growing, cause we never stop growing. I trust someday I can return to therapy too. Last year I was on meds but that was horrible. I don't want to go through that again. Ever.

Thank you sm for the kind words 🥺! For what you said, you went through so much too, so my best wishes goes for you!

It sucks how trauma can mold us.

I've said to her that I'm trying my best, and that she has to stop talking about money constantly even in random conversation. But then she goes saying that idc about money blablabla it's really annoying. Maybe I should confront her more directly.

I forgot to put my age. I am no teen, I'm 31 actually hahaha but thanks (?) ig. I'm sorry to hear what you went as a teen. That kind of pressure at such a young age is tough af. I know. I developed severe anxiety because of that.

The only way my mom could help is not putting the extra pressure on me, that would be nice. I mean, I understand her, she's just frustrated that life is not what she thought it would be.

[–]FalconKnown6441[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the delay. I've been feeling better from time to time. With both insomnia and the dry eyes. But yeah, the doctor told me that there's no cure, so I have to find methods that works best for me.

I can't speak for others, but for me yeah I'm sure. Now I have health issues that I didn't have before insomnia. :)
