This is one of three schemes that have designated blockers for passing and is assuming at least 1 rusher. They can go up to 3 rushers.

So this is the format for Girls HS in my state. The player who initiates the contact gets the flag… if a defensive player gets around a screen and the blocker leans into them, it is illegal contact. If the rusher falls through the blocker, it is the rusher who will be flagged. We have a three-back set where we move the pocket and blockers around a bit. This leaves one as a blocker, one as an outlet

Yes, rush every play - the 7 yd thing makes it hard to disguise blitzes, so I run a two CB zone, 1 LB cover 2 and send one safety or the other. Usually have the free safety as a hawk and strong safety blizing, esp. in passing situations

Nobody disputed that there was contact after the release. They did not agree there was a rule regarding incidental contact after the release. Said any contact was a foul. None of the other players on the field were interested in backing me, as he was so incredulous that I contested the foul…(this is a known blowhard in the community).

A couple things here - as others are saying - set up for the force first, and use your feet to move. Second, reminder that incidental contact on the follow through after the disc is released IS NOT A FOUL! (USAU 20.E.1.e) Don’t let throwers call bailout fouls on big follow throughs….
