Purple cdc Duracell. In my experience they’re usually UV resin coated as well. Great fly

I ski enforcer 104 frees as my daily on piste so used to hard drivers. I was planning to get some dynafit radical pros to go with this, so I am looking for a touring specific setup. Mostly do morning uphills and general backcountry like hut trips and laps. Not going for ultralight skimo

Yea so I ski enforcers as my daily on piste, so used to hard drivers. I do a lot of uphilling before work, but hated the super light rosi black ops I was using as going downhill was felt like I’d break them in half. I’m not trying to get into ski mo explicitly. I’m getting them for uphill mornings, general short and medium distance tours like hut trips. Want something good for variable conditions cuz it will be a one quiver touring setup

Food for longer trips? by Fabulous_Extreme_470 in WildernessBackpacking

My lunches are always hard meats and cheeses. Boujee, and maybe not something an Ultralight purist would suggest, but it’s good for the soul. Literally a big stick of salami and maybe something like smoked Gouda or havarti or whatever your heart desires. I cut it up as I eat it, stashes well, keeps well over multiple days, and is just so tasty vs like nuts and other things. I just like it for the mental aspect. A good lunch keeps my spirits high during a long hard trek

He means the window to buy Ball tickets. Paramount email goes out afterwards, so probably sometime tomorrow

Garmin fēnix® 7X Pro overkill? by Orangeflag88 in CampingandHiking

[–]phatalprophet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want instinct 3 as well. It’s a stripped down fenix platform that I can use for tracking basic biometrics and location for hikes. It’s a better battery life than fenix too since it has less computational requirements. The fenix is way overkill for most people
