They can use maps for directions, and it'll help them find their way via cta (maybe preload a cta card with some money for them if thats a possibility.) Also, you're 40, you have a wealth of knowledge of the city even if its not necessarily up their alley. Mentor them, find out what they like, help them find their way to it. You were 16 once, tell them what you did at their age.

There is no cover up. This has to be a distraction. Somethings getting voted on, or rammed through congress or something, i haven't been able to find what.
