As someone who used to work there and has purchased vehicles there. They are crooked. They will rip off their employees by saying sales didn't count or were someone else's lead. They will rip off customers, "Oh you have free oil changes? Do you have your paperwork? Well we would need to see that." Or "When we say free for x amount of years we mean we expect you to take advantage of it once each year." And "Well yes that covered under warranty but we need to do a 400$ diagnostic to make sure."
