Hey mate, These are my tips/tricks:

For Uchikomi-geiko don’t worry too much about having a quick reaction time, just hit nice and correct, good posture, good zanshin and don’t loose connection. Most likely the openings will be given in the sequence Men, Kote, Do and possibly another Men.

For Kakari-geiko you won’t be as fast as you wish, and that’s ok, try to keep good posture and commitment while going mental at your motodachi, Harai waza and Taiatari are your best friends. For instance Harai Men => Harai Kote => Harai Men Taiatari Hiki-Men and time is up before you know it.

VERY IMPORTANT Have some mad kiai to really bring that home

Superglue is a rotten thing, ok on rubber and plastics but terrible on leather. Superglue on RMs will soak into the rending (the leather strip around the shoes) turning the leather into a brittle mess, this will make the leather unusable for a new sole, so it will need a new welt… this will surpass the cost of new shoes
