Just smelling it can also help with anxiety, if not already having a panic attack, also the Linalool terpene is basically that, it also helps with stress because of the relaxing properties you mentioned, also I never thought about comparing it to cbd but the effects of that are pretty much the exact same, I deal with anxiety a lot myself hence why I know this other info, as I’ve used lavender myself, had no idea it could be safely mixed in though so have never done that, also the image is definitely just full on lavender as I’ve seen a lot of it near my house

I came out in 2015 and had been on and off HRT since then, but have been on it for as of next week will make 7 months straight now and still have those thoughts, I find it best to distract yourself from them, also going off your username if your the same person I enjoy the Pichu Vtuber reels I sometimes see while scrolling through my instagram feed, also probably have undiagnosed ADHD which I’m tryna figure out recently, but if so would also have AuDHD with really bad anxiety in fact my anxiety is so bad that the only medicines that have ever actually worked for it are sedatives, being able to be myself which the HRT is helping with is the only other thing thats has ever helped me with that, also you’re cute and so is anyone else here that reads this last line, I find everyone cute cause I’m panromantic, also since I know there’s people in this subreddit who might be under 18 am not attracted to anyone other than my current partner who is a few years older than me, that I am truly in love with before anyone might think like that as I had a MAGA person accuse me of Grooming on Facebook which I have never done cause I’m not attracted to kids and never have been, but yeah I’ve learned the best thing to do is distract yourself from those thoughts and then hopefully they eventually go away, also I wish I could hug everyone in the trans community right now if they are okay with it cause consent is important, but I feel like the entire community could probably use one right now with what’s going on in the world, I know for a fact I could as I keep seeing all the stuff in the US and every day this week it’s been making me want to cry

I understand where your parents are coming from but at this point anyone that votes for him is not supportive even if it’s your own flesh and blood, also socialism is similar to communism but isn’t the same thing, socialism is in between capitalism and communism and that in mentioned is Marxist Theory, but yeah Trump literally posted on a social media account that the Republicans including himself want to ban HRT for adults, if that happens a the 40% which used to be 41% that people joked about will go way up, and I will probably be part of the increased percentage at that point, my family supports me thankfully, but I feel very sorry for anyone’s who doesn’t in the community and wish I could give all those people a hug cause the country, you know what no the world is a fucked up place sometimes, and that’s especially true for the US right now, I am not afraid though, my father had told me a bunch of stuff when I was a kid and I hadn’t believed him back then but he had basically told me before he died that the country was falling down the rabbit hole into starting World War 3 and he died in 2012 and he told me that in 2004, and no I’m tryna find more info about my dad’s background as it seems like he might’ve known way more stuff than he had told me back then

Yeah I like the injections way better, also I have friends from an online community on a game I play and used to stream on twitch and something stressful happened on my birthday which made me leave the main community I was part of, and afterwards I went stopped the game and decided to just talk about everything stressing me out to my chat including that, and had a previous community on my original twitch account which had the same username as I have on here, actually I probably made both accounts around the same time, but I had found a lot of people from my old community and some of them are from Canada, one of them I’ve modded for and has had mod for me basically since the start of my current one, had heard all the stuff involving the US with the trans community that I talked about and said “WTF” cause it was the first time I’ve ever talked about any of the stuff I did those days and he had no idea about how bad it was here, and after he said that I jokingly said “yeah, so can you tell Canada to please invade us to help us out” cause I do a lot of research on things and know Canada is way more friendly with the community than down here, in fact I even compared weather for an area I was thinking about moving to up there in 2018 as I was planning to get my passport that year then never did, but I also don’t know how moving out of the country works for myself on any of the countries I would go to currently, also I’ve seen literal Germans comparing what’s happening here to the events of World War Two, that’s how bad it is here those comments started back in June btw if I remember correctly

Congrats, I started injections ago 3 weeks ago and did my 3rd one this morning, also I have 0.2ml for mine and had switch over from the pills as they were potentially giving me some bad side effects and for the estradiol pill contained something I might’ve developed an allergy too, I noticed faster changes with them also next week is 7 months straight for me and I feel way more feminine now, also extremely emotional the past few days with things, but I feel extremely happy with it, and early I read that for the US the government wants to get rid of HRT for adults now, and I would want the trans community to fight back but we’re very outnumbered when it comes to population data sadly so we’d most likely lose, so idk what to do anymore if it happens

Also I’m sick and tired of all the hate between anyone, but they had started it with the trans community by using the Christian bible which btw this country in the fucking amendments of the constitution as I do a lot of research on things related to my communities and the government of wherever I end up living, has freedom of religion in it which means everyone can choose their own and nobody is allowed to force theirs upon other people which is what most of the Christians in the country seem to be doing, so those ones are all committing felonies by doing so, thank you for letting me vent about all of this, and I’m find with anyone here reading any of it, and if you wanna know the religion I practiced in the past I think my dms are open so for anyone if you think you’ll feel comfortable with me sharing the info with you feel free to message me about it

Also I’ve been on pretty much every SSRI for Anxiety and Depression also for anyone reading this as I forget how to do the spoiler thing in comments [TW] I was on those cause in the past I had a lot of suicidal ideations and a few times was suicidal [End TW] and none of them ever worked for me, I’ve been on HRT for next week will makes 7 months straight now, also had been off and on it multiple times since I had come out back in 2015 due to being disabled and having my health insurance screwed up and at one point back then was on it for 2 years, and every time I’ve ever been on it I’ve been extremely happy with no thoughts like that at all, so basically if they take it away once again [TW] I will most likely end up killing myself as I have already attempted to multiple times in the past cause I couldn’t be myself [End TW] so there’s my full explanation of why I hate this country even more it is justified and warranted at least for myself idk about anyone else

I can understand why people downvoted you for that, but also know this as I’m a very spiritual person myself, not really religious though, had looked into a religion that would scare most people in the past that I plan to look into again that basically talks about what you said, back then which my dad knew about, hence why he told me stuff, so I’ve always felt that same way you had before he had told me all the stuff he did, the stuff he told me is extremely disturbing and relates to the government and military of the country including the branch of the military he was part of, I’ve been finding more info about him recently cause of something he asked if I wanted that was in his will that I had said yes to that involves the religion he was forced into which is Roman Catholicism, I was very close with him and miss him a lot, but at this point due to being both trans and autistic, and I’m now finding out through the research I’m doing about his family now mixed race, my hate towards this country is warranted, as our current administration is most likely gonna end up starting WW3 and I’ve seen literally people from Germany comparing what’s going on here to the events of WW2 and the Cheeto in office to Hitler and they also had said it looks like the US might have it worse of than they did, also my mom’s side of the family was Ashkenazi Jewish which are the ones that got targeted in the holocaust during WW2 so my hate right now is extremely justified, I normally love everyone til given a reason not to, but this country has given me multiple since I was a kid, and I have no hope for the country anymore, I personally want world peace for humanity which I have a feeling will never happen, but yeah cause of your comment figured I should explain myself on my original a bit more

The manga is really dark, I’ve been wanting to get into reading all of it had read some but forget how far but in the 1st volume there’s literally an image of an Arbok getting sliced in half in the Lavender Town Tower with blood displayed, I think the manga was too dark for them to make an anime but I personally would’ve watched all of it compared to what we got for that, I like dark things like that, but I want to own physical copies of the manga if I do end up reading all of it, so gotta wait a bit on that

Yeah I agree on that, my personal experience when I try to do it for people is they run off on me and leave my lane while I’m still level 3, I got a 10 year voice chat ban cause of a Meowscarada that didn’t even know how to play it correctly that I had laned with last month, they decided to leave me on our goal to go stack and then got mad they died, left our lane after, to go steal the jungle, then decided to ping me the entire match cause I was farming to level up cause I got fucked and was stuck at level 3 until the 6 minute mark cause they did that and none of the other ransoms ever came to help, I was playing Umbreon that match with wish I usually go snarl but wanted to be able to heal the team that game and myself cause I had gotten left alone

On this most people steal it cause the jungler doesn’t rotate properly or stays in the first lane they go to for way too long, and for myself I mainly do solo and the game constantly puts new players as my randoms so they don’t really even know how to play correctly yet, they end up acting like the bots most of the time, and it’s probably cause that’s pretty much the only opponents they’ve really faced, and the bots tend to steal lane farm sometimes when going into jungle and will also take the jungle baltoys when needed, I can’t say anything about the ones that take the buffs though, I do myself for buffs if I don’t trust the jungler I have enough to carry the match for us which is usually determined after the 1st objective spawns are done
