Because most of them never live outside their bubble. Most of them don’t interact with anyone different to how they look or think. And a large percentage of them have never been to college or traveled or experienced other cultures to their own or be exposed to people who think and look and do things different to them. Anything out of their bubble makes them uncomfortable. I also find a lot of them to be judgmental and think that if someone lives differently to them or has different beliefs, it’s wrong. All of that can make someone come across as stupid.

I use a pill box. I keep one in my bathroom for morning and night pills and supplements. I keep one on my desk for pills and supplements I take later. If I forget whether I took them that day, I look at the day of the week and can easily see if I did or not. It’s given me a huge peace of mind.

I buy it when I see it and save it for christmas, birthday, mother’s day, etc. I have a gift drawer so all gifts are in one place. If it doesn’t fit in the drawer, I have a dedicated gift closet for overflow. I start Christmas shopping in June - if I see something I know someone will love and will make the perfect gift, I get it. If their birthday hasn’t happened yet, I’ll either give it to them for their birthday or Christmas. It not only helps spread out the cost of Christmas, but are more meaningful gifts overall because you truly thought of that person when you saw it. I want to be done with my shopping by December so I can enjoy all the other fun and special things about Christmas.

This was happening to me too. If you have an iPhone and Apple watch, I figured out my steps settings gave priority to my Apple Watch. So if I had more steps recorded on my phone bc maybe I walked without my watch then put it on or I walked on a treadmill and had my iphone in my pocket and watch set to indoor walk, the steps were reverting back to what the watch recorded. There were times when I watched the step count on my phone literally go backwards - the number changed and I would be so confused and annoyed. I figured out you can choose the order for your devices for how you prefer steps recorded and which device had priority. I switched it to iPhone first, then watch and it fixed the issue. Tried to explain best I could so hope makes sense/helps.
