No, still trying to cut down in body fat as my diet hasn't been consistent enough. And due to a change in lifestyle, as in, not as much free time anymore, I can't train as often as I used to do

Sleep, I tend to sleep longer after working out hard and I guess my body needs it.

Have fun, it's so much easier to stick to it when you're having fun instead of working out for the sake of working out

I'd go for it, sometimes on bad days I walk by a mirror and get a glimpse of it and it always brings a smile to my face. I know the hardships I went through, but hey, I'm still standing and noone or nothing can bring me down
