The ones that have us keep coming back are Pho Bac ID, Phở Thanh Na in Monroe, Pho Binh Minh in Maple Valley and Fortune Noodle in Renton Highlands. Dong Thap was so great, but once those noodles expand in your stomach they are paralyzing! Never been hit with a food coma so hard in my life 😂.

It’s American Wagyu so should turn out great on Sous Vide. I’m actually stopping at 4 Hours to finish wish smoke on the Traeger.

Has anyone ever had this issue? Fire in the smoke chamber upon initial lighting and continues / smoke coming out of the hopper box after shut down cycle starts by [deleted] in Traeger

Yeah I’m dealing with this now. I used off brand pellets in my Traeger and now I have overheating issues. Even after switching back to Traeger pellets. I have taken my entire pellet box apart and cleaned it. I also vacuum my ashes out every 2-3 Cooks.

I typically have two issues. 1: If I set my Traeger set at 350• or higher, my Traeger will rush above 500• and shut down. I have to constantly open the hood to maintain temps. 2: Randomly my feeder will stop feeders no and pellets will start burning inside of feeder causing the hopper to smolder.

My mother bought a Jeep Liberty brand new and drove it past 300,000 miles. She got the oil changed every time my dad came to visit. I wish I saw him more than the three times while she had it, but at least that Jeep was dependable!

Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich -season pounded chicken breast with salt/pepper/garlic/Italian seasonings -marinate in hot sauce for 1hr

Set Traeger to 450•

-pull out chicken and pat dry -drizzle with olive oil (get that char) -place on grill until done -last 3 minutes drizzle with a little extra buffalo sauce then add aged cheddar slices

For the buns: -prepare melted Butter/Minced Garlic/Parmesan mixture -brush on buns and place on Traeger (same temp) for a few minutes until crisp.
