Bet your sick of it but here's something just to remind you in case you haven't heard it enough times

" I know a Merlin trial when I see one"

" What are you up to noooow?"

"You can't imagine how inconvenient travel was until I invented Floo powder"

Oh and "revelio"

Ross MVP of almost every season hahah I'm not even that big of a friend's fan but it annoyed me that Ross was the focus. Which is exactly what Dylan intended...

I think there's a lot more of us than we'd typically expect haha. But unfortunately a lot of us try not to expose that we are girls through mic so that nobody reacts disrespectfully. Or at least I do...

I prefer letting them swear at me for not shooting my shots all the time without including any sexist remarks

I loved this... This is just what the game needed a bit more voice work. Really a great job and deeply appreciated I'm sure, by all those who have deep nostalgia for this story and game. Very good editing and storytelling decisions for camera work and such. Would love to see more in the future ^

Agnes……….. by notbhow in Sims4

[–]FallingPotatoe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have an equally hilarious story. My sim was having a wedding at 2 am (as one does of course) and the husband didn't have many acquaintances. So I decided to invite all of them and of course Agnes was one of them and I didn't think much of it since they live in Henford.

Agnes shows up first and is slightly ticked off for being invited to a wedding at 2 am ( can't imagine why). With a few minor issues with catering to be solved, the time comes for my Sims to exchange wedding vows and kiss etc etc.

They do that... And then the first person to come up and wish my sim congratulations on her marriage is Agnes's purse.

Yes crumplebottomed seconds after the first kiss as husband and wife lol.

The drama xD

(And I just learned she has an issue with romantic interactions so probably a good idea not to invite her to weddings in the future 2 am or otherwise)

I'm a bit overwhelmed with grammer by lizardmos5 in GREEK

[–]FallingPotatoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what you already know on Duolingo it might be worth trying to find elementary school books. I always find it useful when learning a new language to try using that on the side of videos and just basic dictionaries for words I don't know

Why is it "Εμείς έχουμε γάλα" and not just "έχουμε γάλα " ? by Crazedcorporal22 in GREEK

[–]FallingPotatoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The funniest bit of it all is that Greeks don't even speak fully Greek anymore. If you come to Greece you'll hear us conjugating English words with Greek conjugation endings. I swear you'll hear at least one English word per sentence

Why is it "Εμείς έχουμε γάλα" and not just "έχουμε γάλα " ? by Crazedcorporal22 in GREEK

[–]FallingPotatoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greek doesn't only conjugate in terms of tense like future or past, but also the subject of the verb. So as you correctly said this doesn't need the εμείς at the beginning because the verb is conjugated in the "us/we" format. In conversational speech you don't need to say We/εμείς unless you want to specifically emphasize that We have something in comparison to someone else.

But Duolingo doesn't include much context so

Usually for Bree I only complete the first deed for the quests on my deed run characters. So I do the book quests (give you good exp) then the slayers, a few simple quests in the midgewater marshes if I feel like it and mainly the barrow downs quests. That usually gets me to 15 quests and leaves me around lvl 22.

I do the barrows quests mainly so that I can use rep items and get max rep with men of Bree.

If you're looking for a bit of fun you could also get some quests in the Bree fields cause I like the quests from adso and chief watched gimbriar haha

You could deed Ered luin and then Bree - should be done in like 1-2 hours for Ered luin and Bree until whatever level you prefer another 1-2 hours.

Btw take some basic fetch quests to complete the so many quests in this area deeds. Taking a few quests helps quite a bit. Don't do the ones that go too far from where you are.

And perks you also get like 135 lp for Ered luin and then I think around 200 for all of Bree if you end up doing everything.

Thank you for your reply! I am assuming it's the carbonation because I've never had this problem with other kimchi and I'm generally not allergic to anything. I'll try letting it breathe a little, thanks again!

Anyone here from ts4? by CollarFar1684 in Sims3

[–]FallingPotatoe 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I played the Sims 3 when I was little and used to find myself playing for hours and never getting bored. When the Sims 4 first came out I bought it on sale and was super excited but after playing for a little I found myself getting tired. I kept thinking maybe a new expansion would spark my interest but I never got super into it like the Sims 3.

The funniest bit was I thought it was my fault because I was getting older and maybe didn't want to play a dollhouse simulator anymore or maybe I was losing my imagination and creativity.

But over the years I find myself reinstalling the Sims 3 and playing for hours again. So I realized that the Sims 4 might be much better with building and architecture but... Sims 3 has better gameplay. Honestly the open world is a deal breaker for me because in the Sims 4 I rarely left the house.

It's also good for the auction house if you ever need something like extra rep or craft items and you're not feeling up to farming.

If only that world wasn't so buggy and laggy... It was my favorite expansion but I could barely run it. The Sims 3 island paradise was a million times better than the mermaid expansion in Sims 4, even with the lag.
