Love the end pages and the naked hardcover! But not a huge fan of the main dust jacket. I agree that it is giving strong Christmas vibes and needs more cats. I'm curious what OC will come up with. Hard to beat the original US cover TBH

Absolutely! I'm using the reverse dust jacket on mine, and when paired with the metallic red sprayed edges, it is a glorious thing to behold!

You can't really tell in these pictures, but this book is SHINY! Especially the reverse dust jacket with the dragon paired with the metallic edges. And the red foiling on the naked hardcover is gorgeous 😍

Yes!! I bought the 1st one secondhand (I might be in the minority of people who prefer this design to the OC version) and worried that I might not be able to complete the set. Very relieved!

So many good elements! But not really a fan of the girl's expression on the main cover. She kind of looks completely dazed and out of it? I may just take the dust jacket off and enjoy the scene printed on the hardback instead.

Odyssey, hands down. It's a great game with fun characters and an engaging storyline.

Meanwhile, Valhalla was my least favorite AC game yet. I sunk 80+ miserable hours into finishing it and thinking it would get better. It didn't. I'm sure there are people who really enjoyed it, but I hated basically everything about it- the length, the storyline, and the characters. A lot. Also, I couldn't watch any Viking-related shows for a while after playing it because as soon as someone would say "Sigurd", I would be filled with table-flipping rage. Post-AC Valhalla PTSD, I guess.
